At Hoa Arika, every drink is sweetened with the fresh nectar of three remarkable palms: Coconut Palm, Nipa Palm and Arenga Palm.
Beyond its natural sweetness, palm nectar contains naturally occurring minerals, electrolytes, amino acids and plant-derived nutrients. It is also known for having a lower glycemic index (GI) than refined sugar, meaning its natural sugars are released more gradually.
While many modern drinks rely on highly processed sweeteners, we choose ingredients that remain closer to their natural source – preserving more of what the palm flower naturally provides.
For us, sweetness is not just about taste. It’s about celebrating the remarkable palms that have quietly nourished communities across central Vietnam for generations.
